VACANCY: Call Centre Specialist (night shift)
JOB DESCRIPTION: INGO ARMENIA ICJSC is looking for a motivated, hard-working candidate for the position of Call Centre Specialist.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Registration of insurance accidents
- Direct necessary actions of client during insurance accidents
- Provide a direct connection to the client before expert`s arriving at the place of accident
- Provide the necessary information about company services
- Transfer calls to the appropriate specialist
- Implementation of outgoing calls as required Study of public opinion, The implementation of telephone sales)
- Replace night shift specialists during vacations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fast learning ability
- Calm and stable character
- Basic knowledge of computer programs
- Fluent in Armenian language, good in Russian and English languages
- Good manners
- Emotional competence
- Ability to handle stressful situations
