In 2008 Rafik Suvaryan graduated from the Banking Department of the Financial University affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2010 Rafik Suvaryan graduated from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, USA. In 2021 he graduated from Oxford University’s SAID Business School and got his  Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

In January 2008 Rafik Suvaryan started his work in RF ”Troika Dialog” Investment Company as a junior specialist of the operational department. Continuing his professional growth, he held the following positions in various financial institutions: FX and MM group specialist, credit specialist, senior risk specialist, head of credit risk department for large clients, head of risk analysis service, chief risk officer, board member. From November 2023, he heads the Ingo Armenia insurance company. He teaches at the American University of Armenia. He is the co-author of the books “Better Money” and “The War with Mr. Risk”.

Ani Amirshadyan is a management professional with a strong background in the financial sector. With a Master’s degree in Management from the State University of Economics of Armenia, Ani embarked on her career in 2009 as an Internal Control Specialist at Finca Armenia credit organization. Throughout her career, Ani has excelled in various managerial roles within financial institutions. From 2019 to 2021, Ani held the position of Head of the Social Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives. In her most recent role, Ani joined the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as the Head of the Process Development and Project Management Department. There, she successfully implemented transformative projects. Since December 2023, Ani Amirshadyan has brought her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to Ingo Armenia Insurance Company as the Deputy Executive Director for Development.

In 2003 Gayane Petrosyan graduated from the Department of International Relations of Yerevan State University with a bachelor’s degree. In 2005 she graduated from the Department of International Relations of Yerevan State University with a master’s degree. Since 2012, Gayane Petrosyan started her career in the financial and banking sector. In 2017 she started her career at INGO ARMENIA ICJSC as a Senior corporate clients Engagement  specialist. From September 2023 Gayane Petrosyan heads the department of the Corporate Sales and Service.

Mrs. Jasmen Minasyan was born on 11 September 1965.

She worked as a Chief Accountant in ALFA Insurance Company in 2009, then she held the position of Chief Accountant in Armenia Insurance Company from 2010 till 2013.

Subsequently, Mrs. Minasyan expanded her expertise by taking on the role of Internal Audit Manager within the same company from 2013 to 2014. She was reappointed as Chief Accountant, a role she admirably fulfilled from 2014 to 2023. From 2023 to 2024, she further enhanced her career experience by joining ACBA Leasing, one of Armenia’s premier leasing companies, as their Chief Accountant.

In 2024, Mrs. Minasyan returned to the insurance sector, assuming the vital position of Chief Accountant at INGO ARMENIA, a leading company in the insurance industry. Her academic achievements are equally impressive.

Mrs. Minasyan received her preliminary education at one of the best schools in the republic with a mathematical focus and graduated with excellent grades. She graduated with honors from Yerevan State University in 1987, majoring in Economic Cybernetics and earning a degree in Economic Engineering. Further solidifying her professional credentials, she has been a Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants since 2021 and obtained her certification as a Certified expert Accountant in 2022.

In 2012 Garik Hovhannisyan graduated from the Finance department  of the State University of Economics of Armenia with Master’s Degree.

Garik Hovhannisyan started his career in 2010 as a financial reporting specialist at Finca Armenia credit organization, after became head of reporting department. During 2017 – 2020 he worked for a department attached to FINCA headquarter as a global reporting and consolidation analyst. During 2020 – 2024 Garik worked for “People In Need” NGO, as head of systems and operations in Armenian representative office. Since March 2024, Garik Hovhannisyan joined Ingo Armenia Insurance Company as the Director of Financial and Economic Department.
