Shareholders and Investors
The Company does not find expedient to make public information indicated in point 25.3 of Regulation 8/03 of the Central Bank of Armenia (including information about decisions on dividends’ payment, amounts of money, paid by the Company to its managers) as the Company does not perform public quotation of its’ shares, at the moment the Company has only 2 shareholders, one of which (Levon Altunyan) is the Executive director of the Company and the other is duly represented in the Company Council. Therefore both shareholders can get any information about the Company at any time.
