VACANCY: Marketing specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
INGO ARMENIA ICJSC is looking for a motivated, hard-working candidate for the position of Marketing specialist.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement digital campaigns from conception to execution, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content plan aligned with company objectives, brand voice, and audience preferences.
- Create engaging and relevant content.
- Cultivate and grow our social media community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with followers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Involved in marketing strategyy development for products and the brand.
- Other duties assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong copyrighting skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and out-of-the-box solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Google ADS, Google Analytics, Facebook Meta.
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated initiative.
