JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret customer, website and market data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives.
- Background marketing
- Being involved in developing targeted marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, customer retention, and process optimization based on analysis of customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Design and develop comprehensive analytical reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics.
- Other duties assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Experience developing analytical reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative.
