Dear customer,

If you have used our services and you have a complaint about the Company, then you can fill in the complaint application form and submit it to the Company’s head office (RA, 0010, Yerevan, Hanrapetutyan 51, 53, area 47, 48, 50), or you can send it via e-mail: info@ingoarmenia.am. The Company’s final written response to the customer’s complaint shall be provided within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receiving the complaint, in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract.

According to Article 84 (4) of the RA Law on Insurance and Insurance Activity, everyone has the right to receive the following information from INGO ARMENIA ICJSC:

  • Copies of the Company’s state Registration Certificate, License, and Statute.
  • Copies of the Company’s financial statements and the external audit report on the company’s financial statements (at least for the last year and last quarter).
  • Information on the proposed insurance services, according to the types of insurance, classes, and subclasses, including insurance terms and recommended insurance rates.

In order to receive the mentioned information, it is necessary to submit a written application. The company will provide copies of the required documents within 5 (five) working days.
